Our Story
Meet Ebony Jones, the owner of Nola D. Platters.
Ebony has been in the food and beverage industry for the last 20 years, and through this, has developed a passion and extensive knowledge of specialty cheeses, cured meats, and local products. Ebony is also the Catering Director at The Manship Woodfired Kitchen, and has decided to start Nola D. as a way to bring beautiful, artistic, custom platters right to your table. The inspiration for the name, Nola D. comes from her late daughter, Nola Demaris Jones who passed in 2016 from SIDS. To honor her, she donates a portion of each months proceeds to the March Of Dimes foundation.
Ebony uses the highest quality products for each of her platters, and always strives to use as many local and organic ingredients as possible. You can find things like Homemade Granola and Apple Jam to Golden Oreo Truffles and even Edible Gold Flakes on her specialty platter options.
When Ebony isn’t working, you can find her spending time with her husband and two daughters, cooking a delicious meal, or tending to her garden.
We look forward to bringing Nola D creations to our current and future clients!
